The tenant does not have to do anything except give proper notice and leave the apartment in the condition agreed upon in the contract. The security deposit bond is automatically terminated by the administrator’s release, and the tenant is no longer required to pay the premium. As soon as the deposit has been released by the administrator, the tenant will receive a corresponding notification by e-mail.
