How do I cancel my security deposit bond?

The security deposit bond is cancelled and non-contributory as soon as the property manager has released the deposit. The deposit will be released by the property manager if there are no outstanding claims or repairs need to be made. Once the security deposit is released by the property manager, the tenant will subsequently be refunded any overpayment of dues if paid annually. As soon as the deposit has been released by the administrator, the tenant will receive a corresponding notification by e-mail.
